Hire Us

Welcome, we’re excited that you’re thinking about hosting an event at the Piehouse! We have competitive rates, community values, and a super supportive staff team.

All enquiries should be directed to our bookings team on bookings@piehousecoop.co.uk

Things to bear in mind:

  • The capacity of our venue is maximum 150 people for standing gigs, and maximum 60 people for seated events (e.g. film screenings, cabaret).
  • Our venue is wheelchair accessible.
  • We do not book events that have line ups that are all white OR all cis male.

Hire fees:

Our hire fees operate on a sliding scale, and you can choose what you can afford within those parameters.

We ask that people who have received any kind of funding (e.g. Arts Council, PRS, Record Label) pay the top end of our listed prices, to ensure that we can continue to offer lower prices to organisers who do not have funding.

The cost of hire includes the fees for a sound technician.
